Open Vessel: Seeking and Doing God's Will

These days, the Lord's speaking has been about seeking and doing His will. For the past few weeks, the constant speaking of the Lord has been about seeking His will. For some reason, the Lord burdened me so much with this burden that I kept trumpeting this burden of the need for seeking God's will to all the saints with my own life testimonies. There are many young ones, new ones, and saints the Lord blessed the church with. It is our responsibility to shepherd them in a way of teaching them. In fact, the Lord also sovereignly led us to study the matter of seeking God's will in our Tuesday group meeting, a lesson from Message for Building Up New Believers by Watchman Nee, on Seeking God's Will, message 27. Simultaneously, the same burden was imparted to the group of brothers I have been praying with every Wednesday night.

Psalms 25:4-5 RecVer
4. Make Your ways known to me, O Jehovah; Teach me Your paths.
5. Guide me in Your truth, and teach me; For You are the God of my salvation; I wait on You all the day long.

Psalms 25:12-14 RecVer
12. Who then is the man who fears Jehovah? Him will He instruct concerning the way that he should choose.
13. His soul will dwell in prosperity, and his seed will possess the land.
14. The intimate counsel of Jehovah is to those who fear Him, and His covenant will He make known to them.

Psalms 32:8 RecVer
I will instruct you and teach you concerning the way you should go; I will counsel you; my eye is upon you.
Meanwhile, to strengthen the burden, the Lord gave me a couple of verses which I let the saints know of. In fact, I even pray-read with the brothers I have been praying with. The word of God is straight to the point. In this regard, the word of God speaks for, and, by itself! However, to be such a one to know and obey and do God's will, one has to be an open vessel, seeking and willing to do God's will.

One Lord's Day, I encouraged four young brothers, the teenagers, to share the truth part of the message on seeking God's will which they did quite well. The saints were encouraged by witnessing the young brothers speaking the word of God. Some key points they shared, I posted as an excerpt.  Excerpt from Messages for Building Up New Believers (2) CWWN, vol.49, ch. 27
Seeking God’s Will
What are the ways to know God’s will?
A Christian must pay attention to three things in order to know God’s will. If these three things are in agreement with one another, we can be quite sure that it is God’s will. These three things are:
(1) arrangements in the environment,
(2) the leading of the Holy Spirit, and
(3) the teachings of the Scripture.

God’s will is also revealed through the church.

Arrangement in the Environment
God uses the environment to stop us from making mistakes. He forces us to have no alternative but to follow Him.

The Leading of the Holy Spirit
Romans 8:14 says, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”

We should learn to trust not only in God’s sovereignty in the environment but also in the leading of the Holy Spirit within. At the right time and when the need arises, the Spirit of God will enlighten us within. He will give us a sense and show us what is of God and what is not of God. If a man has the desire to obey God’s will, he will find out what this will is. There are two kinds of leading of the Holy Spirit.

Inner Urging
The first is an inner urging, as in Acts 8:29 when “the Spirit said to Philip, Approach and join this chariot” and in Acts 10:19-20 when the Holy Spirit said to Peter, “Rise up, go down and go with them.” These are inner urgings.

Inner Forbidding
The second kind of leading is an inner forbidding, as mentioned in Acts 16:6-7: “Having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia. And when they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, yet the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them.” This is the inner forbidding.

The Teachings of the Scripture
God’s will is revealed in the form of principles and examples in the Bible. To know God’s will, one must study the Bible carefully. God’s will is fully unveiled through the Scripture. One needs only to find what God has said in the past, and he will know what God’s will is today. God’s will never wavers. In Christ there is only one yes (2 Cor. 1:19). God’s will for us never contradicts the teachings of the Bible. The Holy Spirit will never lead us to do something today that He has already condemned in the Bible. God’s word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psa. 119:105). If we want to understand God’s will and His leading for us, we must study the Bible carefully and seriously. God speaks to us through the Bible in two ways: One is through the teaching of biblical principles, and the other is through the promises in the Bible. We need the Spirit’s enlightenment to understand biblical principles, and we need the Spirit’s leading to receive biblical promises. We should ask God to reveal His word to us through the Holy Spirit. We should study the Bible conscientiously and consistently and memorize the Scripture well. When needs arise, the Holy Spirit will use the passages we have read to speak to us and to guide us. If the environment does not give any confirmation, we should wait. Our feeling may be wrong, or it may not be the Lord’s timing.

God’s will is also revealed through the church.
As much as it is possible, you should also fellowship with those who know God in the church to see whether they will say amen to your guidance. This will give you additional confirmation concerning God’s will.

The Lord Jesus says, “Whatever you bind on the earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on the earth shall have been loosed in heaven” (v. 18). Because the church is God’s habitation and the beacon of God’s light, we need to believe that God’s will is revealed in the church. We should humble ourselves and should be afraid of our own judgment. This is why we need to fellowship with the church and receive the supply of the Body. If a man wants to know God’s will, he must have an inward yearning to do His will. God’s will is made known only to those who are determined to obey His will! “If anyone resolves to do His will, he will know” (John 7:17). In order to know God’s will, one must resolve to do His will. If you have an intense and absolute desire to do God’s will, God will make known His will to you even when you know nothing about the methods.

Today, in my reading portion of the morning revival, the same burden of seeking and doing God the Father's will from the life of the Lord Jesus was mentioned again. I was supplied by the Lord's speaking and shared with the saints as well.
Come to Me all who toil and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  (Matthew 11:28-29) Recovery Version

Excerpt from the Life-study of Matthew, pp. 341, 371-373
To take the Lord’s yoke [Matt. 11: 29-30] is to take the will of the Father. It is not to be regulated or controlled by any obligations of the law or religion or to be enslaved by any work but to be constrained by the will of the Father. The Lord lived such a life, caring for nothing but the will of His Father (John 4:34; 5:30; 6:38). He submitted Himself fully to the Father’s will (Matt. 26:39, 42). Hence, He asks us to learn from Him. God’s will is our yoke. Thus, we are not free to do as we please; rather, we are yoked…The Lord’s yoke is the Father’s will, and His burden is the work to carry out the Father’s will. Such a yoke is easy, not bitter, and such a burden is light, not heavy. The Greek word rendered “easy” means “fit for use”; hence, good, kind, mild, gentle, easy, pleasant, in contrast to hard, harsh, sharp, and bitter. The Lord said that if we take His yoke upon us and learn from Him, we will find rest for our souls [11:29]. The rest we find by taking the Lord’s yoke and learning from Him is for our souls. It is an inward rest ; it is not anything merely outward in nature.

The result of seeking and doing God's will is an inward peace and rest.

O the joy, peace, and rest of knowing God's will and doing God's will!

He Brews Hebrew

Learning Hebrew "brewed me" a lot, especially when I had to find time in the midst of my busy schedule. The toughest test came last time when I had to give my Midterm 2 exam. It was such a labor; I almost regretted enrolling in the course. Nonetheless, the Lord graced me to study and study and finally took the exam after much revision over and over again. My experience of this toughest exam of my life was recorded as Hebrew: He Brews

This time too, with the remaining final term, I did my best to learn and learn. I discovered the secret of learning, especially memorising tough Hebrew vocabulary. I also discovered that I have a very good memory, though a little volatile with age. I made use of this God-gifted memory and learned as many and as fast as I could and kept studying one lesson after the other with breaks. When my memory was set in motion, it was very easy to grasp things and learn. Therefore, in the final semester, I learned the lesson of learning. In a span of about a week, I gave my whole concentration to learning just Hebrew and completed the remaining lessons, only handling important matters and postponing the rest, yet not missing any of my spiritual responsibilities.

Then finally, yesterday, I set it as a D day for my final exam. I did my best to revise thoroughly all that I studied: the lessons, my notes, the video lectures, the vocabulary, the quizzes, etc. After all my daily chores, including my personal prayer and the church's Life-Study reading, I prayed with my children and went to my office for the final exam. Again, to make sure that I did my best and not regret it later, I did another round of reviewing through the entire lessons, which took about two hours, and then took my final exam, which lasted for another two hours. Basically, when I took the exam, it was about 00:30 AM today morning and completed at 2:30 AM.

This time, I brewed Hebrew in contrast to last time when Hebrew brewed me. So, this time, He Brews Hebrew

Praise the Lord! The Lord graced me through and completed by final exam and scored exactly as I suspected to get, not expected to get. For I know it is not that easy. I just scored 90% on the exam, and when averaged with the previous exams, it stands at 89.92%. Good enough!

Basics of Biblical Hebrew 1: 90.33
Basics of Biblical Hebrew 2: 89.52
179.85 (89.92%)

To encourage my fellow learners, I posted the following message.
הללו יה הללו את שם יהוה הללו עבדי יהוה׃
תהלים 135:1

Hallelujah! Praise the name of Jehovah; Praise Him, you servants of Jehovah.
Psalms 135:1 RecVer

Today, the 30th of October 2026, the Lord graced me to complete my Hebrew learning!

It took me about two years to complete learning 36 chapters of Basics of Biblical Hebrew Grammar. I took a 10-month break in between because my official responsibilities required extensive travel for the ministry literature journey.

I have learned many spiritual lessons and human lessons too, merely by studying Hebrew. Discipline, scheduling, studying, memorising, revising, writing exams, and so much labor- a back-to-school experience! It's all worth it!

Sail on, and let's all complete it!

Much grace to us all!

והיתה עמו וקרא בו כל ימי חייו למען ילמד ליראה את יהוה אלהיו לשמר את כל דברי התורה הזאת ואת החקים האלה לעשתם׃

Wake Up Call!

Today, we had a brothers meeting in Delhi as a follow up of the training we had seven weeks ago. The burden was a review of what transpired since the last meeting and how much we have progressed in carrying out the shepherding of the dormant saints. The reason for such an exercise was to bring the saints into the practical building and blending life of the church.

In the two hour and half session. There were testimonies, a scriptural review of the ministry, and a respeaking of the Lord’s uptodate speaking.

What woke me up spiritually was on some of the points of fellowship. A revisitation of the practice of the God-ordained way and a statistical analysis of the increase in the Lord’s Day meeting as compared to the names in the name list. One key practical point noteworthy was the brothers' labor in shepherding the saints, especially the dormant ones.

As I considered the church in our locality, the practical step we have been taking, the labor we have been puting in to visit the new ones or the dormant saints, I was enlightened of my own shortcomings. In fact, I was chastened through the brothers' fellowship, particularly in the burden of visitation.

The reason being, I had completely given up on some new ones who I used to visit regularly but they never really were established in the practical church life. Such responses, kind-of, disappointed me and I thought, perhaps, the church life was not meant for them. So, why bother? So, why labor in vain? So, why waste time?

In my disappointment, I deeply felt that my labor did not bear fruits. I gave up on many such ones. I only did one thing, I stull pray for them, at least with a faint hope.

However, recently, through circumstances, a family that I gave up shepherding on, needed my help urgently. As I did my best to shepherd the family, at least, our fellowship was recovered back. By the way, we even stop contacting for years altogether. Praise the Lord, the Lord has His way to shepherd me so that I can continue shepherding others.

Therefore, right after the brothers' meeting, I felt the burden to visit this particular family. When I checked with my brothers how they felt about visiting the family, they all felt good. So, we visited them at their house which we used to visit regularly fifteen years ago.

Moreover, many other families too, the Lord reminded me to revisit them, shepherd them, and recover them into the flock. Now, with this wake up call from the Lord, I had to deny my self; my feeling and opinion about the new ones, and revisit them again.

On a personal note, I was alarmed by the fellowship of one brother from Delhi concerning the serving ones in his district which he felt was tending towards the way Christianity has been carrying out their "pastoral" responsibilities. Though a new brother, he could sense where the church was heading to. This alarmed me. Though all the functionings of the brothers were spiritual, they over-functioned, may be, and replaced the saints' function. As I heard his fellowship of concern, it also served me as a warning in my own locality. I was alarmed and warned that I might as well be overfunctioning with a legitimate burden of my own for the church. I immediately turned to my spirit and checked with the Lord if I had overfunctioned. It was a wakeup call for me too, an urgent warning! Thank the Lord for such a timely wake up call!

Lord, recover our service according to Your ordained way, save us from the religious way of serving, and also recover all the new ones and the dormant ones. Lord, recover all the saints and their spiritual services in the Body.

Marathon Bible Reading

Tuesday, the 20th October, being a holiday, we felt good for the saints in the church to come together for a time of prayer, hymn singing, fellowship, and mostly Bible reading. As the church, we have been reading the Bible and encouraging all the saints to read the Bible daily with the goal of feeding on the spiritual milk and solid food of the word, to receive the Lord’s speaking, to be constituted with the truth, and of course, to read through the Bible at least once a year. To this extent, we have made a yearly schedule for daily Bible reading portions to complete reading the entire Bible in a year.

Though the burden has been trumpeted now and then, not many have been scheduled to read the Bible daily as planned. Therefore, to help the saints, we have arranged a day of Marathon Bible Reading with the following announcement.

Announcements: Tuesday, 20 Oct Schedule

Venue: Meeting Hall, DLF-1
**************************
Marathon Bible Reading

Burden: Reading Bible, Prayer, and Fellowship
To catchup with the daily Bible reading schedule, especially for those who are lagging behind in the daily Bible reading portions with the goal of reading through the entire Bible at least once in a year, by 31 Dec 2026.

Please bring your Bible.

Time: 10:30 AM onwards
(Whole day with tea&snacks and lunch breaks)
-----------------------------------------
As the saints turned up for the day, we had four sessions of simply reading the Bible for about an hour each, and took half an hour break between each session. After the whole day of Bible reading, some saints shared about their experiences and all were encouraged to read the Bible regularly.

As we gathered for Bible reading, some sisters volunteered to cook lunch and dinner for all who attended the Bible reading. We all enjoyed a time of blending over lovefeast too.

Besides, the day being Tuesday, we had our weekly group meeting after the Bible reading sessions. The message was on "Occupation" which was also in line with the burden on "not loving money" which was shared last Lord’s Day. Thank the Lord, week by week, the Lord has been speaking to the church what was on His heart. Though we are few in numbers in the local church, the Lord has been pleased to speak to us regularly. Every Lord’s Day has become a blessed day of the Lord’s fresh supply of life through the word.

Thus, the day that began for the Bible reading at 11:30 AM ended at 9:30 PM, a ten hours of meeting! Despite the busy schedule, the saints enjoyed a wonderful time of blending and reading.

The underlying burden behind all these is the building up of the local church. These were not mere activities carried out, but for shepherding the saints with the word of God.

Lord, build and bless Your church!

Brotherly Cherishing

Last Saturday morning, I received a phone call from a sister concerning the health condition of her husband while I was in a weekly Saturday brothers' fellowship. Later, I let the sister know that I would be available for any practical help; only that I would attend first the church prayer meeting. For that day, no help was required. The next day, Lord’s Day, I received a call during the meeting which I couldn't pick but texted her informing I was in the meeting. Later, as I called, I informed her that after all the afternoon meetings, if need be I could help. Then, due to the need, I went to be with the brother, her husband, who was admitted in the hospital, as an assistant night stay.

When I reached the hospital, my brother was on the bed barely able to move but good enough to recognize me with a smile. The sister left for home and I stayed back. It was my first time to stay overnight in a hospital since I first came to Gurugram in 2005. I was glad I could be of some help to my brother in need.

I had my personal time of prayer as I sat beside his bed which otherwise would have been in a park nearby my residence.  Then, went to bed beside my brother's bed.

At about midnight, my brother struggled to urinate and he discovered that his whole body became numb due to his nervous system breakdown. This was caused by an injury on his forehead at a construction site about a month ago which resulted in internal bruise, swelling, and fluid formation between his skull and brain affecting his nervous system. Somehow, we could manage him to urinate, though, with much struggle.

Then, again early in tbe morning about 4 AM, my sleep was disturbed by a struggling sound. As I woke up, my brother was stuck on the bed's hand rail as he attempted to get down to use the toilet. I tried my best to help him but he was too heavy. So, I called a hospital attendant to help me. But we struggled too, and could not take him to the toilet. Instead, we helped him to sit in the bed and there itself, help him to urinate. The trained male nurse had a way to handle this. Still, some thing spilled over to the clothes, bed sheet, and even in my chappal.

At this time, he panicked, became so tensed, and requested me to call his wife, which I did. In between, his son called from USA, and later his elder sister also from USA, both of them encouraged him to trsut the Lord and stay positive. Due to the emergency nature, the doctor was called and CT scan taken immediately. And the surgery was preponed to be the first in the list for Monday.

Thank God, the surgery was successfully done and he was kept in an ICU for 24 hours so I could go back home and do my works. On Tuesday night I stayed at the hospital again, and this time, my brother rejoiced at seeing me being with him. He spoke and spoke and spoke till about 11:30 PM. I prayed and we went to bed. The next day, another brother stayed with him, and finally on Thursday night I stayed with him gain. We enjoyed a good time of talking and fellowshipping too.

On the morning of his discharge, I had a time of morning revival with him on John 15 concerning the believers being branches in the Vine and the need for mutual abiding resulting in fruit bearing. He requested for the morning revival book, which I gave him after his discharge from the hospital. I also read outloud the Bible, my daily reading portions; Philippians on Wednesday morning and Colossians on Friday morning.

Each time I prayed, I held his hand or laid my hand on him and prayed for the Lord to touch him, heal and recover him, and be gracious to him. The Lord answered all the prayers and now he is in a recovery process.

On the day of discharge, I felt strongly to assist them and lead them to their home, which I did. Then, we all prayed a prayer of thanksgiving.

Since his birthday is coming up this Lord’s day, I wished him in advance.

This was my experience of brotherly cherishing.

Spiritual Surgery

This week was very special to me. Personally, my prayer life has taken a turn where my prayer burden was focused on me personally. This also coincided with me getting the opportunity to take care of a brother who was admitted to a hospital for a serious head injury that affected his nervous system. Though I was attending a brother who went through a neuro surgery, my experience was, I was also spiritually going through a spiritual surgery.

This week, my prayers were all focused on being opened to the Lord, the heavenly Surgeon, for His spiritual surgery in me. As His light shown on me deeply, I confessed to him all my deep hidden feelings and thoughts, honestly. I prayed for His surgery and deal with all these spiritual worms infecting me mostly in my thoughts.

Whether I was in the hospital or at home, this week, my prayer was all for my spiritual surgery. I need this badly and the time has come to carry out that specific surgery. Thank God, the Lord has been operating in me.
Psalms 139:23-24 RecVer
23. Search me, O God, and know my heart;  Try me, and know my anxious thoughts;
24. And see if there is some harmful way in me, And lead me on the eternal way.

Weekend Dispensing

From 7 to 9 Oct this month, some of us, brothers, gathered in different cities all over the nation, connected online, and listened to the Lord’s uptodate speaking from the recently concluded ITERO held in Amsterdam. The ministry message was on The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This is one of the seven feasts we have been bleesed with in a year. The Lord always spoke and is still speaking according to our needs and His burden. Though the title is not new to many, but the Lord’s speaking even from the same Bible verses was new to me each time. I myself was freshly supplied despite my familiarity with this topic. In fact, I already composed a hymn with 12 stanzas on this topic and titled, The Experience of the Triune God: As the God of Abraham  Isaac, and Jacon (With Joseph). Though the messages and burden were still the same, the life supply I received and the revelation I got were very fresh. O what a refreshing, cherishing, and nourishing speaking of the Lord again!

One thing that impressed me was the way the series of messages began, unfolded, and concluded. It began with God's eternal purpose to have His corporate expression and representation through the man He created. To achieve His purpose, He needed to gain man constituted with Him. For this, He identified Himself with three persons; Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob with Joseph. In Abraham, God the Father is the source, originator, supplier; in Isaac, God the Son is the course of His rich supply and the aspect of man receiving the riches of God; in Jacob, God the Spirit is the transformer to transform and constitute His chosen ones with God Himself, were clearly portrayed. All these processes of the three working in oneness issued in the Israel of God, the church, the corporate expression of God!

Today, we have been experiencing and enjoying this unique God in His divine dispensing in His divine Trinity day by day. To some extent, by His mercy, we have been gained for His testimony as we look forward for the full accomplishment of what He purposed in us. For this, He also placed us where He deemed best and bestowed us with gifts He deemed fit. To His sovereignty, we simply say, Amen, and yes, resounding amens.

As we brothers from Gurugram travelled for about an hour each day to Delhi, to and fro, we enjoyed a time of corporate prayer in the morning, and a time of corporate fellowship in the afternoon. Even in our travels, we enjoyed and experienced the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob! What a weekend dispensing!

As we are in the process of being gained by God for His eternal purpose, we also know the goal already, to express Him in full maturity, which is expressed in becoming a channel of blessing, and even becoming the blessing itself as seen in Jacob transforming to Israel and blessing Pharoah, Joseph's two sons, and his own twelve sons with prophesies. Having began the journey already, we look forward to goal in full faith. The God who is the Alpha is also the God who is the Omega. What He had originated in us and through us, He will surely complete in His time, as He has been divinely working on us day by day at the present time.

O God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, work is us and Thy will be done. Amen

Personal Relationship with the Lord

These days, the Lord has burdened me and confirmed, time and again, that a Christian need to have a strong, sweet, stable, intimate, personal, and private relationship with Him. One's relationship as a Christian with the Lord Jesus Christ determines the standard of his Christian life. Void of this, or merely a shallow-namesake Christian, will not warrant a good Christian testimony. Many issues in life and how they have been handled, all depends of the degree of one's relationship with the Lord Jesus. No wonder, many Christians have fallen short of the normal Christian life due to the sole reason that their relationship with Jesus does not go beyond their spirit. Jesus as the life-giving Spirit is silently locked up in their spirit, giving no room to spread to their soul, much less, their physical living.

Therefore, with this one strong burden from the Lord, first, I myself strengthened my personal time with the Lord. In fact, these days, my time with the Lord has gone to another level. I have moved on from merely praying all my prayer burdens to actually and intimately fellowshipping with Him as friend with friend. I talked to Him and listen to His response in my spirit. Lately, I was corrected in two matters. One case was related to learning Christ rather than from the current affairs and people making the news. Another was, changing my proposal of visiting a new city as a church during the upcoming holidays to simply gathering together to simply read the word of God.

Second, I have started releasing this burden of spending time with the Lord daily for a strong, sweet, and stable personal relationship with Him daily to all the saints in the church and especially to the brothers I am in coordination. I have seen so clearly and have been convinced so deeply that this is the root of a Christian life. What comes out of a Christian life depends on the health of the root system. With my own testimony and relevant Bible verses, I have released and trumpeted my burden again and again.

Clubbed with this personal prayer time, I also released the need for reading the Bible daily. I even encouraged all the saints that this year, everyone should be reading through the entire Bible at least once. Facts, principles, and promises in the Bible must be made very clear to all the saints. And based on the knowledge of the basics of the Bible, can one discern what the will of the Lord is, in many issues pertaining to one's daily living faced with multiple issues and challenges.

The last few Lord’s Days, I have released this particular burden. I do believe, the Lord has honored this burden as I observe many saints becoming more serious in the way they live their Christian lives and in the way they take decisions.

By the way, the Lord also confirmed this burden when we, as a church, pursued a message on seeking God's will on our Tuesday night small group meeting. Five young brothers gave an overview, and the same burden was released by three of these brothers on the Lord’s Day morning. Then, I further strengthened the burden on seeking God's will.

May the Lord bless His saints and His church that we could all be actively bearing His testimony, in oneness with Him, expressing and representing Him corporately as His church here in Gurugram as we do His good will.

Bonding with Children

On the 2nd of October, my son and I went woke up at 4:30 AM and went to Tau Devi Stadium in Gurugram for his basket ball practice. As for me, I used the two hours time for morning walk and prayer at the main stadium while my son and his school team were practising at one of the basket ball courts.

When he mentioned to me the day before, I felt it was a good time for father-son bonding though I could have sent him alone using a bike service. This kind of event was rare, and when it came, I wanted to grasped it. On the one hand, it was for bonding, on the other hand was to practically show that he has a father who cares for him.

By the way, it was my first time to visit the stadium though I have been residing in the city since 2005. I was impressed that a good number of people regularly visit the stadium for morning walk, exercises, jogging, and other health related activities.

In addition, these days, I have been  spending time together regularly with my son and daughter. Though the elder one has gone for her degree studies in Taipei Taiwan, I still bond with her over WhatsApp video calls weekly when she updated me of all the major happenings in her life. Within my capacity as a father, it has truly been a blessing to care for God's blessed chidren in whatever way possible; financial support, my physical presence, moral support, and spiritual fellowship and prayers. They have been opening up to me important matters of their lives and some matters they felt I should be brought attention to.

Academically, the Lord has blessed all the three chidren. My eldest daughter reported how she has been doing quite well in her studies. My son, inspite of the many school assigned extra curriculum activities he has been participating in, has been doing good in his midterm exam. He came among the top three in XI Science stream when many could not grasped the concepts properly after passing the Xth exam and scored a very low grade. I encouraged him to study well and understand all the concepts clearly and pray to the Lord Jesus for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. My youngest daughter also did quite well as her teacher lauded her for her excellency in the works assigned to her when I met her during the parent-teacher-meet. By the way, she really worked hard to do all the works assigned to her by her teachers. She showed me some of her works. I was amazed at the proficiency with which she did her works. Perhaps, this young generation have been exposed to the latest technologies for their works and uptodate with my many things I am not even aware of.

Above all, glory to God. It is the Lord’s mercy that the Lord has blessed the chidren He blessed me with. They have been consecrated to the Lord. I pray for His grace to be a good guardian.

Thank the Lord for a sweet time of family bonding and blending these days.

Seven Messages

Since childhood, my hobby has been reading and studying, and on interesting topics, researching. I love reading, and I can read and read for hours and hours altogether. That's my passion.

Since I got saved, my love for reading the Bible and Christian literature has grown to a new level. As far as I remember, I have been reading the Bible and selected Christian literature everyday, except those few days I was down with fever that occurred rarely. I reckoned this as a gift from God, a blessing in disguise; the love of reading the Bible and spiritual writings.

On the average, I have been spending about two hours daily just for reading. On some days, I spent more hours. This includes Bible reading and Christian ministry literature; about ten to fifteen chapters of the Bible and one or two ministry messages. But today was an exception, I ended up reading seven ministry messages in addition to my daily Bible reading portion. I guess, because of the need mingled with inner thirst for the word.

In the morning, during our corporate truth pursuing time, we read two chapters from The Normal Christian Life. Then, we had a weekly prayer, truth-pursuing, and fellowship among the serving ones in the distribution service when we pursued two chapters on the person of Christ from The Conclusion of the New Testament. Later, after some official works, I went to an eye hospital for my dad's periodical check-up. While the clinical processes were carried out, I enjoyed reading a message from The Normal Christian Life again. In the afternoon, after lunch and Bible reading, another chapter from the same book was read again. And in the evening after dinner as I waited for our family prayer and fellowship time, I prepared myself for tomorrow's group meeting, so I read another message on how a believer should manage finance based on the teaching of Bible from Messages for Building Up New Believers.

Altogether, seven messages were read in a form of truth pursuing today. For some, it may sound like an overload. Not for me. It depends on the spiritual condition and capacity of a person. But for me, reading Bible, truth pursuing, prayer, fellowship, meetings etc., have been a normal schedule in my life. I did not feel any pressure in doing so. Instead, I enjoyed such a schedule; the tighter, the better, I felt for me. In fact, I long for even more enlarged capacity to receive much more.

My attitude is, as long as my body allows, especially my eyes to read and my mind to understand, I would keep reading and reading. Only God knows how many more years He has reserved for me on this earth. As much as He does, I would love to make the best and maximum use of it. So when one day, my health may not be as conducive for reading, I should just retire, rest, and recollect all that I have read till then. Giving no room for regrets. No questioning myself, I could have done better. Now, when I can, I must do my best.

Thank the Lord for His words and His ministry! I am a beneficiary of His rich speaking! Seven messages a day once in a while is a fair deal and a special grace.

Learn Christ

In the beginning of this month, there was the brewing of a new protest in the country over the alleged vote theft. Though, I have been learning to be apolitical, I keep myself updated through a timepass news whenever I have free time. So, I could sense the mood of the nation and also what God is doing behind the scene amidst the ongoing national uproar.

A couple of times as I watched video clips of news, I was amazed at the daring protests held by the youth of the nation. Many of these ones on the limelight were young female students. So daring they were, it blew my "Indian mentality." India is no longer the nation I used to think of as a conservative one with women staying indoors. No more with this present generation. They were so bold that I am yet to see even an elected male leader as bold as these young female students were. I thought to myself, what has the nation become of?

With the clamping of religious freedom in many states and persecutions rampant in some states, the boldness even to exercise one's fundamental rights have been punctured. On witnessing such boldness, I was naturally aligned to such act. At least for a second, I thought to myself, why not exercise the same boldness for the gospel? That's my fundamental rights too as a citizen.

But the divine answer to such natural thought was the exact opposite. God's work is done in God’s way. God's work originated from God, is being carried out by the power of the Holy Spirit, and will issue in the glory of God. Man is just a channel for God's move, not the source, nor the power, nor the goal. In my time with the Lord, the Spirit renewed my mind. Praise the Lord for the Lord’s speaking during my personal prayer time with Him!

Learn Christ, is the divine answer. We do not learn from the world, nor from anyone or anything thing other than Christ. Good or bad, right or wrong is not the point here. It is just Christ; beyond the realm of human morality, ethic, and reasoning.
Ephesians 4:20-24 RecVer
20. But you did not so learn Christ,
21. If indeed you have heard Him and have been taught in Him as the reality is in Jesus,
22. That you put off, as regards your former manner of life, the old man, which is being corrupted according to the lusts of the deceit,
23. And that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind
24. And put on the new man, which was created according to God in righteousness and holiness of the reality.
Thank God for the timely divine answer, lest I would have been distracted by the trend of the world. With this renewed mind, I was adjusted. I must only learn Christ in putting off my old man, and then put on the new man. By so doing, I must exercise my spirit and follow the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, the anointing within me who teaches me and His teachings are always right.in
John 14:26 RecVer
But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and remind you of all the things which I have said to you.

1 John 2:20 RecVer
And you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know.

1 John 2:27 RecVer
And as for you, the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone teach you; but as His anointing teaches you concerning all things and is true and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, abide in Him.
I shared this experience last Lord’s Day to all the saints; the need to learn Christ and only follow the leading of the anointing within. For this, there is a need to exercise our spirit to discern the Lord’s anointing within. And I released my burden to all the saints, the need to have a strong, steady, and sweet personal relationship with the Lord and also to read the word of God, the Bible daily. The burden is, to learn Christ and live Christ.

May I be graced daily to learn Christ and live Christ.

Hebrew: He Brews

I have been learning the basics of biblical Hebrew for about two years now. Though I initially intended to complete the course in a year or so, I could not make it due to my frequent traveling for the ministry and tending to important official and church services while in the office. In fact, before my 21 days ministry journey in the month of August, I attempted to complete the midterm exam and did my best but I could not get sufficient time to study. Then, I thought I could study and complete the exam during the two days gap I had during my trip. Even then, meetings were arranged and I could not get sufficient time to study. Therfore, I postponed it again.

Finally, I planned for a one week intensive revision on 9 Hebrew lessons and decided to take the exam last Tuesday, 7th Oct, just the day before another training was to start, then, I would be busy again. So, last week, everyday, I revised a couple of chapters, memorized the vocabularies, took the quizes, and went through all the tests for all the chapters. It was quite a labor.

However, on Tuesday my exam day, I was very busy again as we had our regular small group meeting. After the meeting, when we reached home it was already 10:30 PM. As usual, I still went out for my personal prayer time in the night,  then took bath, and finally was ready to write the exam.

Still, I felt I should do one more round of revision atleast on all the previous test questions. I did a final revision again, and that took me another 2 hours. Only at 2 AM, Wednesday early morning I was truly ready and finally, I took the midterm exam that lasted for 2 hours.

The Lord graced me and I was able to do well. I was glad that I did my best after so much labor and hours and hiurs of studies. I am glad that in all the chapter-wise tests and three big exams, my average score is about 90%. I deeply felt that I did not deserve this much score. It was all grace marks from the Lord.

Sometimes, I questioned myself why I enrolled for this Hebrew course. It took so much time to study, and so much effort to memorize many Hebrew words. Anyhow, I have completed most of the chapters and I cannot give up now. I have come all the way, not knowing it would take so much time and energy. Thank the Lord for His grace!

In learning Hebrew, I have been brewed in my studies, especially, my mind, in studying and memorising like a school student. Let the Lord brew me and make use of this little Hebrew know-how.

Now, I look to the Lord for more grace to complete the remaining portion. And I believe, in time, the Lord would let me know why I am studying Hebrew. Everything is with a purpose and I trust God, He will make use of this Hebrew learning from my part. The will of the Lord be done. Amen.

Training and Blending

Last weekend, we had a little over a day of training for the brothers in the churches in North India from Friday evening 18 to 19 Sept Saturday evening. This was the first of its kind following the national full-timers training held in Hyderabad. The same burden was released in the regional training as many brothers could not join the national training. Though I was in the national training, this time, the Lord’s fresh speaking was very new. The ministry of the word of God is new all the time. No matter if I heard it before or not, every time the Lord’s speaking is fresh and new.

The key points are the blessedness of being a part of the New Testament ministry for the building up of the Body of Christ to consummate the New Jerusalem, for this, our being need to be dealt with by the Lord to be a minister of life, properly aggressive in service to produce results. The up-to-date vision of the age and the need to be in the ministry faithfully has also been emphasised, tracing the history of the visions the Lord had shown to Br. Nee and Br. Lee, bringing us today to the highest and ultimate vision of God's economy. The Lord be merciful to all of us to be faithful to the vision He has shown us. In addition, the practical need for shepherding the saints and building up the local church in our locality with the goal of increase in number was also fellowshipped. This burden brought us brothers together to make a name list of over a hundred saints. The Lord will gain His increase in us and among us.

Two significant noteworthy points are:
The brothers we have been praying for and shepherding have attended this training and the area we lack in rendering help, the training did it, making the vision clear and confirming the ministry of the age.
We enjoyed a time of brothers fellowshipping and blending together; the local Gurugram brothers and those from Mathura.

Such training brought us brothers together and blended us together. What a blessing!

Besides, we also had a combined Lord’s Table Meeting on the 20th Sept., in Delhi where a new family also joined such a meeting for the first time. The family has been shepherded by the saints from Delhi through introduction and fellowship. The Body life has become more practical and experiential through such blending meeting.

In the Body, with the Body, through the Body, and for the Body, the Lord has blended the saints in North India! What a blending! What a blessing!

A Day of Blending and Fellowship

As we were conducting board meeting and having fellowship concerning the literature service, we felt led by the Lord to gather all the serving ones online for a time of blending. The Lord also led us what the content of the meeting would be; prayer, hymn singing, pray-reading the ministry materials on being a part of the one unique New Testament ministry and the need to deal with by God in our person to minister life to people and be properly aggressive to produce result in our service, a pursuit on being diligent and faithful as the Lord’s serving ones in the publication work, a time of "review and refresh" from the serving ones, and concluding words from four of us brothers coordinating in the literature service. In fellowship and in oneness, the meeting schedule was finalised and information sent to all the serving ones.

Today, as fellowshipped, the Lord blessed us with a wonderful time of online blending. I personally enjoyed the Lord’s fresh speaking concerning the blessing of being a part of the one unique New Testament ministry and the need for my person to be dealt with by the Lord that I may be a proper serving one. Likewise, many other serving ones also shared their enjoyment.

In NCR, some of us came together at Gurugram office. In fact, we also enjoyed a practical time of blending with lovefeast.

My concluding portion the Lord gave me to share as I prayed last night, I released the following points.
1. May we know God’s blessing
We are the most blessed people on the earth. The Christians, the saints practising the church life in the Lord’s recovery, serving full-time in the ministry, that too, in the most crucial service, the literature service. Therefore, we must pray that the Lord would make us faithful and fruitful in our service and serve the Lord all the days of our lives.

2. May we know who we are:
We must know that we are nothing and can do nothing without the Lord's leading and blessing. We must humble ourselves and look to the Lord for grace day by day. We must know that God is the Lord of our work and He is also the working Lord. We co-work with the Lord.

3. Let us be men of prayer
We must be men of prayer, bringing every matter before God in prayer and receiving burden from the Lord. All our services should be out of burden born from prayers and borne through prayers.

4. Let us be men of the Word of God
We must be men of the word of God. We must love the word of God and resd the Bible daily. We must be the first to pursue the ministry books. Read the Bible, read the ministry, and read the Bible.

5. Let us serve in coordination
We must also learn to serve in coordination. For this, we must be open to the Lord to be dealt with by the Lord; experience the cross, the death and resurrection of Christ, be in one accord and receive the Lord's commanded blessing!

Later, one of the serving ones stayed back for further personal fellowship. For over three hours, we spent together in fellowship. Initially, he poured out whatever was in his heart concerning all the negative situations he has been passing through these days. After listening and listening to all that he has to say, I fellowship on three points:
Change the way of looking at things
Human eyes may not see as God sees. There is a need to be renewed in the mind with and through the word of God to see as God sees. Satan only corrupts, but God restores, revives, and recovers. Let God be our God and sees as He sees. God changes black and dark eye glass to white and bright glass to see as He sees.

Cultivate a strong root system
All problems manifested in human life are just symptoms. The root cause is in the root system. There is a need to establish a strong root; a personal, private, intimate, fellowship and relationship with the Lord. Only then, can one be full of life to overcome death, full of light to dispel darkness, be salt of the earth and light of the world. Spend time to pray daily.

Cultivate a Bible reading habit to be constituted with the word of God
Only the word of God can make a believer grow in life. All human and natural thoughts can only be renewed by and with the word of God. Spend time reading the Bible daily.
After the brotherly fellowship, he was so cherished and nourished. He testified that he became happy again after many months of living and struggling in darkness. He agreed to all the above three points and took the fellowship to spend time in prayer and read the Bible daily. Then, we prayed together.

What a blessed day of blending and fellowship!

May the Lord cover all the serving ones from the attack of the enemy. May the Lord bless all the serving ones to be useful vessels unto Him.

Fellowship: With Coordinating Brothers and Serving Ones

Yesterday, we had our board meeting for the literature service. It was the sixtieth board meeting since the company's inception. We usually have a quarterly board meeting to review what transpired in the past quarter and planned for the upcoming quarter. This has been officially carried in time, and this time, it was much more than that.

We four brothers, who are also members of board of directors, officially and organically fellowshipped on crucial items pertaining to the literature service in the country. It lasted for about three hours and thirty minutes. I think, this was the longest duration we ever had for a board meeting which usually lasted an hour in the past. This fellowship was really wonderful.

In the fellowship, the Lord brought in new burden in taking forward the literature service. We decided in one accord to have a two-sessions blending meeting of all the regular serving ones in the literature service on 25 September. All the details were considered and finalised too.

Besides, we enjoyed a time of fellowship, blending, and building among ourselves. And a burden arose to shepherd our serving ones and blending them together too.

Based on that fellowship, we called for a fellowship today with a couple who both are in the full-time service in the distribution in the South. For over two hours, we fellowshipped on the service related to him and other saints. Things were made clear and conflicts sorted out. Fellowship indeed is the way to solve issues among the serving ones.

These days, my service has been, fellowship after fellowship, prayer after prayer, and I am glad the Lord has been gracing me to enjoy all the fellowships. I believe, He did anoint all of us in the fellowship as we also enjoyed the sweet flow of life. Hallelujah!

Fellowship: With My Family

As much as practicality allows, we have been doing the best we could, as a family, to fellowship and pray together. These days, as my eldest daughter has joined her university in Taipei and my wife is in our home in Taipei caring for our elderly parent, we have been miles apart physically. In fact, a month has elapsed since they went to Taipei. Now and then, we had a WhatsApp group video calls for prayer and fellowship. While we weekly have the family fellowship on Monday nights for those in Gurugram, with those in Taipei, we fellowshipped as and when we could.

Yesterday, I had a time of fellowship with my daughter and learned of all the great things the Lord has been doing in her life. Indeed, the Lord’s bountiful blessing has been bestowed upon her. All the prayers we had been praying for years have been answered one by one. One of the recent answers is related to the Lord’s financial provision for her studies. Whatever we had b in foreing currency, we had spent it to prepare for her new life in Taipei. Then, offerings poured in. Though, the scholarship for her was not applicable from India, still I did not lose the faith. I kept praying. Finally, it was brought to our attention that there is still one more scholarship she is qualified to apply, which my wife confirmed yesterday that the application was submitted. We leave it to the Lord for the approval.

Practically, the Lord took care of us in India as He did in Taiwan. I told my wife that since our parent are ageing and this is the time to care for them as their chidren, I told her not to worry about us in India. Our children have learned to adapt to the changes. In fact, they learned better when given more responsibilities. I encouraged her to do her best to take care of our parents. In fact, this is the way to honor them; make them feel happy, peaceful, joyful, and safe. And that she may stay as long as required and when the need arises, she could come back to India or we would go to Taiwan. The priority is our parent at the moment. I deemed it fit to care for them now when they need us the most.
Ephesians 6:2-3 RecVer

2. “Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with a promise,

3. “That it may be well with you and that you may live long on the earth.”
May God bless our parent with good health and long life with full of peace and joy in the spirit.

Fellowship: With a Family

A week ago, I receieved an urgent call for fellowship with a family. As I was busy with another official matter, I could not attend to the request of the family immediately. However, when I was ready, I did vista them at a brother's house where they took a safe abode due to the traumatic situation that transpired at their home. I paid a careful heed to all that the family members had to say. I am no God to solve any man's problem. So, I led them all to the Lord in prayer. Meanwhile, the brother concerned was not contactable and it was good to give him time to cool down.

The following day, a brother and I had called for fellowship with the brother concerned. We simply went through the morning revival portion of the day and pray-read a few verses from Galatians 2:14-20. Then, we heard from the brother too, all that he had to say, from his own view point.

Listening is one of the characters of a serving ones. Listen to what the saints had to say. Listen to what they did not say but meant to say. Listen to what they said but did not mean to say. Finally, listen to what God has to say concerning what the saints have said and did not say, and discern the matter spiritually. This is a lesson on listening.

After hearing separately from the wife and the husband, we called both of them. I made it clear first of all that, we are not to solve their problems, for we honestly cannot, and acknowledged that only God is the solver of the problems. Our intention was to bring them to God, the source of life, light, and light, and the solution to all the problems. The fellowship went on and on. As it was the day before, so also the day after. Marathon fellowships, and ending in prayers.

The issue has not yet been settled yet, but they both have come to realise what the actual root cause of the problems. Oneness, mutual trust, divine love, and sweet coordination and fellowship between married couple are needed. These, only the Lord Jesus can grace. Though the truth we know, life experiences also need to follow. The Lord, in His time, will train and perfect all the saints, including the family and the said couple. We are all work in progress.

GOD WILL HAVE HIS WAY. Meanwhile, we wait in prayer all the way. Amen.

Fellowship: Chastening

Following up on the brother concerning his person which I blogged last month on lesson from character crisis, after about three weeks, when things became more clear, the matter was brought for fellowship again. The Lord has been sovereign in letting was wait for a good number of week; giving us, especially me, enough time to consider and reconsider before the Lord in prayer.

My main concern in not taking action immediately as one would expect was, I fear God and would not misrepresent God in any way. All the people I have been dealing with, in my service are God’s people. I cannot and must not misrepresent God. The incident surrounding Moses has always been a warning to me.
Numbers 20:7-12 RecVer

7. Then Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

8. Take the rod, and gather the assembly, you and Aaron your brother, and speak to the rock before their eyes, so that it yields its water. Thus you shall bring forth water for them out of the rock and give the assembly and their livestock something to drink.

9. And Moses took the rod from before Jehovah, as He had commanded him.

10. And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said to them, Listen now, you rebels: Shall we bring forth water for you out of this rock?

11. Then Moses lifted up his hand and struck the rock with his rod twice; and abundant water came forth, and the assembly and their livestock drank.

12. And Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron, Because you did not believe in Me, to sanctify Me in the sight of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.
If a man such as Moses can commit such a serious offense, who am I, not to? I fell before God in fear and trembling. I had been praying and praying concerning this matter even while I was in the ministry journey for twenty one days.

Once I came back to office, in fellowship with my fellow serving brothers and also with some responsible brothers in the South, things became clear to me. We also fellowshipped with the brother assaulted and heard from him, and we personally apologised to him as responsible ones. Only then, we called for fellowship to chasten the concerned brother in a way of fellowship with the view of shepherding and retaining his service.

As we called for fellowship, in the presence of a leading brother in the church in Chennai with my co-working brother over the phone, we let the brother know of our heart to shepherd him, guaranteed his service as long as he would not commit such an offense again, granted him two weeks leave from the office for him to rest, pray, and deal with the Lord because of the seriousness of the offense he committed, and rejoin the service thereafter. Then, we also clearly defined what his service would be, letting him know that he is not the manager of the office, but as serving one like any ther serving ones. At this juncture, his temper flared up, and accused us of "playing politics." When we tried to explain to him that we were just trying to help him, he replied back stating that he did not need our help and that God would help him. Perhaps, he did all these in a fit of rage. He made his own declaration of resignation and hung up the call. This incident in an evidence of what kind of person he is and a confirmation of what the Lord led us to, concerning his service. Without us initiating, he himself resigned, and we took it as the will of the Lord.

The matter was fellowshipped with all he serving ones in Chennai office the following day, to avoid any confusion, and we all prayed for the brother to be covered and shepherded by the Lord. The matter was also brought to fellowship with the coworkers today, and a new arrangement has been made for the saints to communicate with the office as we await the Lord to release the proper serving one of His choice.

What a marathon fellowship we had with different groups of saints, serving ones, and the responsible brothers. Fellowship after fellowship, prayer and considerstion. In the process, I have been very much helped to contact the Lord and "learn Christ" in complex and critical yet crucial circumstances.

May the Lord have mercy on me and all the serving ones, and preserve us all in our services to be faithful and fruitful, all the days of our lives.
