Experience of Christ: Board Exams
This year and this month, my son and daughter appeared for their tenth and twelveth CBSE board exams. I had already fellowshipped with both of them a couple of times concerning practical studies, preparing well in time, and above all, trusting in the Lord and praying for His blessing. Yes, to pray for blessing in addition to fulfilling all the human responsibilities.
Prayer for CBSE Board ExamsRemember in your prayers for our young brother and sister writing their board exams from 17 Feb 2026That they may experience the Lord as their wisdom, understanding, knowledge, intelligence, and peace. That they reap the fruit of their labor in their studies through this exam and enjoy the Lord as their grace and receive His blessing.
Experience of Christ: In Official Matter
Last month, just before I left for the ministry literature journey, I had applied for the renewal of my USA visa. After the journey, when I went to collect my passport, I was informed to appear for an interview. I was hoping that interview waiver should apply. However, I was given the liberty to appear for interview anytime I wish during the working hours of the USA embassy in Delhi within a period of one year. I was wondering when I should appear as I had many works to attend too.
Shepherding Families
Two weeks ago, a brother text me of his intent to visit us on the Lord’s Day. I replied by inviting him for lunch too. Later, the Lord reminded me that I should invite him to join the Lord’s Table Meeting too, if the Lord wills so. The next day, his whole family attended the Lord’s Day meeting, though they missed the bread breaking.
Christ as the PhysicianHe said, Those who are strong have no need of a physician, but those who are ill. But go and learn what this means, “I desire mercy and not sacrifice,” for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners. Matt. 9:12-13The Lord’s word in Matthew 9:13, addressed to the Pharisees, indicates that the Lord Jesus heals man’s spiritual illness, the illness of sin. Sin came first and death follows. Between sin and death there are all kinds of illnesses, diseases, and infirmities… As sinners, we are sick absolutely, for we are sick physically, spiritually, morally, and mentally. But Jesus, the Forgiver and the Physician, is able to heal all our sicknesses. As our Physician, the Lord heals us mainly in our spirit and in our soul, not mainly in our body. The tax collectors and sinners in Matthew 9:10 were not physically sick; they were spiritually sick. While the Lord Jesus was feasting with them, He was healing them spiritually. Likewise, although the Lord may or may not heal us in our body, He is always ready to heal us in every part of our spirit and soul. ( The Conclusion of the New Testament, pp. 2782-2783)Paul’s experience in his later ministry helps us to have a proper appreciation of Christ as the believers’ Physician. In 2 Timothy 4:20 Paul says, “Trophimus I left at Miletus sick.” Why did the apostle leave such an intimate one in sickness without exercising healing prayer for him? Why did he not also execute his healing gift (Acts 19:11-12) to cure Timothy of his stomach illness rather than instruct him to take the natural way for healing (1 Tim. 5:23)?…There is no record that he prayed for healing, and he certainly did not exercise the gift of healing. Instead, Paul encouraged Timothy to take a little wine, and he left Trophimus at Miletus. Paul cared for his coworkers in a very human way. The reason Paul cared for them in this way is that, in a time of suffering, Paul and his coworkers were under the discipline of the inner life rather than under the power of the outward gift. The former is of grace in life; the latter of gift in power, miraculous power. Paul’s experience should help us to see that, for the most part, Christ’s healing today is for the spirit and the soul . Christ is the believers’ Physician, the Healer of our spirit, our soul, and at times, also of our body. If we see this vision we shall trust in Him and experience Him as our Physician. ( The Conclusion of the New Testament, pp. 616-617)
Shepherding the Sisters
All the saints need shepherding. Young, old, brothers and sisters, all need shepherding. The enemy, in his subtlety, has been trying his best to deceive the saints and lead them astray. In many cases, he seemed to be successful. Yet, the Lord turned those as shepherding opportunities and prayer burdens for the saints. By so doing, He has been perfecting both the shepherd and the sheep in one go. What was meant for destruction turned out to be an opportunity for construction! At the end, God used His enemy, Satan, as His ugly tool to perfect His chidren. What a great and wise God our God is! Hallelujah!
Shepherding a Brother's Son
As the saints are praying for the full recovery of a brother's family into the church life, the Lord has answered those prayers by creating an opportunity for a brother's son to come into contact. At first, I was informed by a brother about the possibility of recommending this young brother to a brother we know who is in the construction field and an architect by profession. Initially, I was not clear if I should go ahead to introduce this young man to the architect. Last week, a brother called me and made the request more firm by also sending me the resume of his son. Besides, another brother also requested if I could do the introduction. However, I felt that I should meet the young brother first and have an informal orientation.
Shepherding: A Businessman's Son
A young brother who was introduced to our family and whose mother has been so burdend for the family salvation has been prayed for, for quite sometime now. Three weeks ago, I received a surprise invitation from his mother to visit the family. My wife and I did so, and we had a sweet time of fellowship and prayer.

Fellowship in Khariar Road
When the Lord wants to accomplish something, He just does it in His way with His people in His time. The visit to Khariar Road was never in our plan. However, as we received the news of the demise of our brother's father, we changed our plan and came to visit Khariar Road.
Words of ComfortBut we do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who are sleeping, that you would not grieve even as also the rest who have no hope. For *if we believe that Jesus died and rose, so also those who have fallen asleep through Jesus, God will bring with Him*. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are living, who are left remaining unto the coming of the Lord, shall by no means precede those who have fallen asleep; Because the Lord Himself, with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, will descend from heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are living, who are left remaining, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we will be always with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.(1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, RecVer)
Fellowship in Bilaspur
As usual, after our visit to the Madku Masih Mela, we would visit and spend the Lord’s Day with the saints in the church in Bilaspur. As we were on the way from Bhatapara to Bilaspur, we prayed together for the Lord’s move in Chhattisgarh. Then, we pray-read the outline of the present holy word for morning revival on the instant and up-to-date revelation of the heavenly Christ.
Saying, Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we saw His star at its rising and have come to worship Him. (Matthew 2:2, RecVer)And after they heard the king, they went their way, and behold, the star which they saw at its rising led them until it came and stood over the place where the child was. And when they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy. (Matthew 2:9-10, RecVer)And because they had been divinely instructed in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed by another way to their country. (Matthew 2:12, RecVer)
Ministry of the Word to Bhatapara, Bethelpuram, and Madku Dweep
Nothing done by the Lord is ever a waste. More than a year ago, I attended a theological conference in Bengaluru with a heavy price spent financially. I thought that it was more of a waste as I did not get the responses I expected. However, there I met a brother who is an influential Christian leader. This time, while in Ranchi I called him as he is from there. Though he was out of station, he gave me a contact in Bhatapara, which opened the door for the Lord’s move in the city.
This contact is a doctor who runs a hospital along with his wife in Bhatapara. Both have consecrated there lives to serve the Lord in the medical field. As we met and introduced the ministry to them, they were filled with joy. Especially the wife was so encouraged by our visit and fellowship that she also poured out her heart's desire in sharing whatever the Lord has done in her life. She gave us a tour of her brand new house and the hospital, and eventually requested us to pray in her chamber, which we obliged to. Then, her husband introduced another doctor in the nearby locality, opening the door for the Lord’s move through the ministry there in Bethelpuram.
In Bethelpuram, we met the doctor who is the superintendent for over a decade now. He also gave us a tour of the hospital, the history of the hospital, and all the works he has been doing. When his wife who is also a doctor, joined us in the fellowship, we introduced the ministry literature to them. They both were very impressed with the truth and placed order for the Recovery Version Bible. Then, they took us to their house where we had a fellowship with their son over coffee and snacks until late afternoon. Then, we eventually went to Madhku Dweep to attend the ongoing Masih Mela.
In Madku Dweep, a good number of seekers visited our stall and purchased the ministry literature. The following day, when I was there, brothers from Bhopal, Betul, Champa, Jhanjir etc., visited and fellowshiped with us. It was good time of brotherly reunion.
In Bhatapara too, we had a time of fellowship over lunch with the parent of the doctor couple we met. Though elderly they were, we still could spend a few hours together listening to their testimonies, mostly narrated by the sister. Through them, their relative in Gurugram was also introduced over the phone.
In this way, the Lord opened new doors in two new localities. I even updated the brothers with the following message:
Update on the Ministry Literature Journey
The Lord opened new doors in Bhatapara where we introduced the ministry to a doctor couple who runs a hospital and in Bethelpuram where another doctor couple are supervising a leprosy mission hospital. These are in addition to the Masih Mela in Madku Dweep where many seeking believers came and received the ministry literature. Then, today we had a time of fellowship with a group of believers who have been taking the stand as "the church in Bilaspur." All these are in Chhattisgarh.
Today morning, we received an information of the demise of the father of our brother Anil Sahu in Khariar Road. So, we cancelled our trip back to Delhi and detoured to Khariar Road, Odisha, to be with the saints there today evening and tomorrow morning. Then, from there, we will be back to Delhi via Raipur on Wednesday.
Thank you for all your prayers!
Ministry of the Word to Ranchi, Khunti, Chaibasa, and Chakradharpur
After the first Lord’s Day meeting was established in Hulhundu in Ranchi, we were to leave for Ranchi main city for the distribution. It was then that Lord gave me the burden to call up a brother who could be of help in the distribution. As I did so, he responded and joined us for the two days distribution in Ranchi.

Life Lesson: On Time
Officialy, there are many things that go unnoticed. However, when the need arises the Lord uses people to remind me of what needs to be done. Two good examples that I experienced recently are, the renewal of our company's IEC and export related documentation matter, and my USA visa renewal.

Life Lesson: Trial of the Called
Abraham was called by God, so are we. As the called and chosen race in the New Testament, the history of Abraham is indeed our story today. God set him as a pattern from which we draw our life's path. He walked by faith, so must we. God's promise to him was humanly impossible, yet they were all proven possible. Only God knows the "science" of the impossible becoming possible; there is no way a human mind can fathom. Only the fools would try to. I guess I am not one to follow suit. Lord, have mercy on me.
Then Abraham fell upon his face and laughed and said in his heart, Will a child be born to a man who is a hundred years old? And will Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child? And Abraham said to God, Oh that Ishmael might live before You! But God said, No, but Sarah your wife will bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; and I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant for his seed after him. (Genesis 17:17-19, RecVer)Is anything too marvelous for Jehovah? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. (Genesis 18:14, RecVer)And Jehovah visited Sarah as He had said, and Jehovah did to Sarah as He had promised. And Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him. And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore to him, Isaac. (Genesis 21:1-3, RecVer)
And Jesus said to him, You say, If You can. All things are possible to him who believes. Immediately, crying out, the father of the child said, I believe; help my unbelief! (Mark 9:23-24, RecVer)
And the man became rich and continued to grow richer until he became very rich. (Genesis 26:13, RecVer)

Ministry Journey to Belagavi, Karnataka
After my hectic traveling schedule, which began on 5th January till today, the 19th Jan, I came to Belagavi to attend the Lord’s Table Meeting on the 17th January night after a seven-hour-long bus journey, as the conclusion of the ministry literature journey this time. To my surprise, I was given hospitality in an elderly brother's house, who took care of me so well despite the health condition of his wife. The couple was so joyful to host me. In fact, they joyfully exclaimed that I was their first guest in their newly renovated house! They fed me like a "king" despite my informing them again and again that I did not need such attention. As a guest, I just enjoyed their hospitality.
Ministry of the Word to Koppala and Hospet
Beginning from the time the New Testament Recovery Version in Kannada was printed, the Lord burdened me to travel the length and breadth of Karnataka for the introduction and distribution of the same, along with the seven newly released Kannada ministry title books. Since January 2025, in coordination with the local brothers, I have undertaken five ministry literature journeys. This time, from 15 to 17 January 2026, the remaining three districts of Karnataka were covered. From Bengaluru in Jan 2025 to Hospet in Jan 2026, the entire state of 31 districts was visited for the introduction and distribution of the ministry literature. What a grace from the Lord that He led me step by step, locality to locality, and met with the key Christian leaders in each district, either in the Pastors' fellowship, or small group meetings, or at their offices/homes, or in the church meeting venues. What an experience the Lord blessed me with these trips! Only the Lord knows how much He has gained me. And I can testify too, how much I have gained Him in all these journeys. Praise Him!
Listen! Behold, the sower went out to sow.And others fell into the good earth and yielded fruit, coming up and growing; and one bore thirtyfold, and one sixtyfold, and one a hundredfold.(Mark 4:3, 8, RecVer)

Ministry Journey to Davanagere, Ranebennur, Haveri, and Hubbali
As the Lord burdened me to visit every district of Karnataka for the introduction and distribution of the ministry literature in Kannada, I prayed and planned for this final ministry journey. Though this plan was met with cancellation when I fellowshiped with one brother who could not join this trip due to his mother's health issue, and a Pastor who was supposed to lead us did not respond. However, as I brought the matter to prayer, the Lord impressed me deep within that if I did not carry out this trip this time, I would probably never be able to make it again, ever. Therefore, I prayed and considered before the Lord, then the Lord led me to fellowship with another brother. As I did so, step by step, the plan came to fruition, though with a change in the dates. I took that as the Lord’s leading and visited Chennai and Kerala first, then Karnataka. Due to this change of schedule, I was even able to visit Chennai, which turned out to be a very fruitful visit, even beyond my imagination.

Ministry Journey 2026: Bengaluru, Chennai, Kozhecherry, Kumbanad, and Kochi
My first ministry journey this year, 2026, began with the full-timers training in Bengaluru for three and a half days, with a one-day preparation fellowship. In all these visits, I purposefully choose train journey as my mode of transportation with the view that I could spend more time in prayer before I arrived the destinations. All these visits required much prayer from my side so that the purpose of my visit to each place would be fulfilled. Overall, I had sufficient time for prayer and enjoyed the Lord’s special grace throughout.

Amen to God's Faithful Words
This new year has brought new things in many ways. Spiritually, the Lord has promised me with His faithful word of increase, fruitfulness, and multiplication. Since then, my prayer for increase has been intensified. In fact, I shared these faithful words of the Lord with some brothers and pray-read these verses. I shared the same with a group of serving ones in Chennai as I visited them on my literature journey. Today, as I visited my spiritual and local guardian when I was a student in MCC twenty-five years ago, I shared the same words of the Lord. They were very much encouraged and received it as the Lord’s speaking and promise for them too. The verses are the very verses the Lord gave me on the 2nd of January 2026, which I shared with a few others.
For as many promises of God as there are, in Him is the Yes; therefore also through Him is the Amen to God, for glory through us to God. (2 Corinthians 1:20, RecVer)
Be Perfect?! In Love
You therefore shall be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect. (Matthew 5:48, RecVer)
No one has beheld God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us. (1 John 4:12, RecVer)
And we know and have believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God and God abides in him. In this has love been perfected with us, that we may have boldness in the day of the judgment because even as He is, so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear because fear has punishment, and he who fears has not been perfected in love. (1 John 4:16-18, RecVer)
He who does not love has not known God, because God is love. (1 John 4:8, RecVer)And we know and have believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God and God abides in him. (1 John 4:16, RecVer)
